How Do I Create a Roundtable/Boardroom for a Poster?

Roundtables, Boardrooms, and One-on-Ones are small-group video meetings enabling participants to connect with other attendees, speakers, and sponsors.

This article explains how to create a Roundtable or Boardroom that is associated with a poster.

Note: You must be assigned to the poster as a Poster Representative in order to create a Roundtable/Boardroom for a poster. You will know that you are a Poster Representative if your profile appears in the poster’s Connect with us section.

To create a Roundtable or Boardroom associated with a poster, navigate to the poster by clicking Posters in the left navigation menu and selecting your poster. Scroll down to the Poster Roundtables section and click + Create Meeting. Select a meeting provider then enter the meeting details.

Meetings created on poster pages will appear both on the poster page and on the Roundtables page.
