Create Meeting

To create a Roundtable or Boardroom, log in to the Events Builder and select your event. Before creating your meeting, ensure that either Roundtables, Boardrooms, or both have been enabled in Poster Settings. Once the appropriate meeting type has been enabled, click Pages > Poster Manager on the left navigation panel. Navigate to your poster, click the ellipses icon in the top right corner, then click Manage. Scroll down to the Poster Roundtables section and click Add Roundtable.

 Note: You must be assigned to the poster as a Poster Representative in order to create a Roundtable/Boardroom for a poster from the event site.
