Roundtables and Boardrooms are small-group video meetings enabling participants to connect with other attendees, speakers, and sponsors.
This article explains how to create a Roundtable or Boardroom that is associated with a session you are speaking in.
|Note: You must be assigned to the session as a speaker in order to create a Roundtable/Boardroom associated with the session. Regular attendees, booth representatives, and speakers not assigned to the session cannot create meetings for your sessions.|
To create a Roundtable or Boardroom associated with your session, navigate to the session by clicking Sessions in the left navigation menu and clicking the Play icon on your session. Scroll down to the Roundtables section and click + Create Meeting. Select a meeting provider then enter the meeting details.

Meetings created on session pages will appear both on the session page and on the Roundtables page.
