How Do I Show/Hide the Resource Center?

The Resource Center provides links to additional information about the Social27 platform and tools. If enabled, the Resource Center can be accessed by attendees via an orange question mark icon that is located in the bottom left corner of the event site. 

To turn on the Resource Center icon, log in to the Events Builder and select your event. 

Select General Settings from the left navigation panel, and click the Pages tab. Click the General dropdown to reveal the Show Resource Center toggle. Turn the toggle to on and click Save at the bottom of the page. 

If this toggle is turned on, the orange question mark will appear in the bottom left corner of the event site, giving access to Video Guides and Platform FAQs. 

Tip: Browser ad-blockers sometimes prevent the Resource Center icon from appearing. Once the ad-blocker is disabled and the browser refreshed, the Resource Center icon should appear.
