How Do I access the Sponsor Workspace?

The Sponsor Workspace is a one-stop place where Sponsor Booth Managers can set up, analyze. and manage their booth settings. To access the Sponsor Workspace, follow the steps below:

Open your internet browser and navigate to https://creator.social27.com/auth/login.

Tip: We recommend using the latest version of Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.

If you are logging in for the first time, you will be prompted to set up 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication). There are three options you can select from for receiving verification codes: SMS (text message), Authy app, or phone call.

By default, you will be asked to provide a mobile number to receive authentication codes via SMS. Choose your country code and then enter your mobile number. Click Send code via SMS.

Once you receive the code, enter it in the Verification field and click Verify.

If you would prefer to receive a verification code via the Authy app, click Use the Authy app or Receive a call.

If you select the Authy app, click the link to download the Authy app and use it to receive verification codes.
