To manage your Happy Hour list, Login to Admin-> Look for your Event -> Choose Content from the left navigation panel.
Once you click “Content” from the left navigation panel, another drop-down menu will appear, and you will be able to see “Happy Hour” from the list.
Once you are on the Happy Hour page, you will be able to see all the Happy Hour you have added. You can manage them or delete them by clicking the Ellipsis on the upper right side of their picture.
Once you clicked on it, you will be given 3 options. Edit, Media, and Delete.
- If you choose to edit, you will be able to change the pictures, the title, the descriptions the time it will start and end, and as well as turning on or off the chat and the Moderator Q&A options.
Just scroll down and click on the save button to save the changes once done or click on the color blue X button on the upper right side of the screen if you wish to cancel the changes.
- If you choose Media, you will be able to add links of videos you wanted to share to all attendees that will visit your happy hour group chat, you can also just add an image like infographics of your events or anything you would like to share to them, these will be available at all times at the side of your happy hour list page.
Note: If the host provided a link for Happy Hour using Zoom, Microsoft teams or other platforms, then the Happy Hour will be hosted outside the platform.
- If you choose Delete, this will be able to help you delete group chats that have ended.
