How Can I Earn Points and Badges?

While attending an event, you can be awarded different badges and points if you interact with other attendees, sponsors, sessions, and much more.

While every event is different, badges and points can typically be earned by taking the following actions:

• Updating your profile
• Uploading Hello World! or Soapbox videos
• Making connections with other users
• Attending sessions
• Asking questions in moderated Q&A
• Participating in Roundtables or Boardrooms
• Visiting sponsor booths

When you earn a badge, you'll see a pop-up notification in the bottom corner of your screen that indicates which badge you earned and how. Go to your profile to see which badges you have earned and check out the Leaderboard on the Networking Lounge page to see where you stand in the event's gamification rankings.

Some events have a Badges Guide link on the Leaderboard that you can click to find more information about earning badges and points during your event.
